Hey everyone, it’s Medicine Mondays and I’m “Out of Commission”.

Basically, all of the sudden yesterday my back started aching mid-way through my shift. I didn’t think too much of it so I got up and walked around a bit, but the ache didn’t go away and got progressively worse through the night.

By the end of my shift it was just straight up back pain. I managed to get through my shift but trying to sleep last night was difficult.

Today, my back is still aching so I may try to stand up for most of my shift today and see if that helps. Either way, I didn’t think it would be a good idea to sit down too long to write this article, so I’m skipping today.

Looking back on it, I can’t really figure out why I’m having back pain, except for maybe my little Gardening adventure. I guess also there was baseball with the kids on Saturday too. I didn’t really think about it at the time, but I had to lug them up a hill in their wagon with all their stuff. It doesn’t take much nowadays for this kind of stuff to happen I guess.

Don’t worry, I’m 100% sure it’s muscle pain, and I’ll be ok in a few days. Long story short. No post today. I’m hoping I’ll be ok for Wednesday.

In other news, I’m hoping that the kids from Maui keep moving through the Little League World Series — and I’m also hoping the Dodgers end this 2 game losing streak.
